Play-Based STEM Discovery for Your Youngest Learners

At High Touch High Tech of Greater Atlanta, we believe that it’s never too early to start exploring! Our preschool science programs are designed to introduce early learners to basic STEM concepts through play, exploration, and hands-on experimentation.

Each session is thoughtfully crafted to spark curiosity and support developmentally appropriate learning. Our engaging, age-appropriate experiments align with early childhood standards and are perfect for preschool classrooms, childcare centers, Montessori schools, and Head Start programs.

Program Information

Since we are not a show of any kind, ideal pre-school class sizes would be 20 or less. Exceptions may be made with teacher assistance and program flexibility.

High Touch High Tech offers a fun and educational in-school "field trip" that ranges between 45-60 minutes per class. We can conduct multiple classes per day.

  • Programs last from 45-60 minutes and are based on GELDS science standards.
  • Cost is $9.00 per participant, with an additional $25.00 per day supply surcharge.
  • Daily minimum of 60 applies. If there are less than 60 total paid participants, a daily minimum fee of $540.00 + $25.00 supply surcharge applies.
  • Teachers and chaperones participate free of charge and must be present at all times.

Get the spin on Earth's movements as we explore the patterns of day and night! Use scientific tools to explore the sounds and sights of diurnal and nocturnal animals. Even make a DAY/NIGHT detector to take home!

Moovin' & Groovin'

Standards: CD-SC4.3a, CD-SC4.4a

Gravity, friction, and motion are the ideas behind our transportation exploration. Ramps and runs are just part of the fun as the pint-sized physicists engineer their own learning!

It's Alive!

Standards: CD-SC3.3a, CD-SC3.4a

Your itty bitty biologists will learn all about what plants and animals need to live! Students will plant and grow their own seeds as an experiment to observe for days to come. Learn about the world of animals through the eyes of real bugs- Even TOUCH IF YOU DARE!

Rain, Rain, Go Away

Standards: CD-SC2.3d, CD-SC2.4d, CD-SC1.3b, CD-SC1.4b

Little learners will explore the world around them through the power of their senses! Observe like scientists by using our eyes to look through different lenses, trying a tongue taste tests, and being nosy with a 'smelling' bee!

I Like to Move It, Move It!

Standards: CD-SC4.3b, CD-SC4.4b

Experiment with movement through pushes and pulls as students SPEED UP, Slooow down, and more! Making (& taking) their own science putty will give your tiny scientists a chance to explain what they have learned about how speed can affect matter!

Mighty Machines

Standards: CD-SC4.3d, CD-SC4.4d

Use the might of simple machines to change direction and speed as young engineers explore the world of physics!

Chemical Curiosities

Standards: CD-SC4.3c, CD-SC4.4cm, CD-SC1.3b CD-SC1.4b

Measuring mass with balance scales and experimenting with the gases in the room will be part of their investigations. Your chemists will test matter for the properties of density and magnetism. Exploring the chemical world of colors, even take home the results!

Junior Geologist

Standards: CD-SC2.4b, CD-SC1.4b

Smooth or rough? Shiny or dull? Big or small? These questions and more will be answered as your Jr. Geologists study the properties of rocks and soil! Students will use their powers of observation to go on a gem dig and even keep what they find!
